Whiz Delivery — 26 ft Box Truck & Cargo Van Driver (Independent Contractor)
Whiz Delivery in Mississauga is hiring full-time drivers to move parcels from client sites to the company warehouse and, when needed, run smaller van deliveries. The role is contracted (T4A) and involves daytime weekday shifts with occasional Saturdays.
- Location: Mississauga, ON (in person)
- Schedule: Average 9-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays
- Pay: Weekly pay starting at $750
- Vehicle & fuel: Company provides box truck or cargo van and fuel
Minimum requirements are specific: a Class G driver's licence issued before 2022 with a clean driving record, at least one year driving both 26 ft box trucks and cargo vans, and hands-on experience using a tailgate lift and a pump truck. You must be able to safely load and unload skids, use a smartphone with a data plan for navigation and delivery apps, and communicate reliably with dispatch and warehouse staff. English is required.
