Caregiver / Support Worker — Prairie Comfort Homecare

- Support clients with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility assistance.
- Provide patient care tasks as directed by healthcare professionals, including medication administration, wound care and routine health checks.
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs and help with household chores such as cleaning and laundry.
- Assist with transfers and heavier lifting while following safety procedures to protect clients and caregivers.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, and keep accurate records of observations and changes in condition.
Prior experience in home care, assisted living or nursing settings is preferred, including work with dementia, hospice or people with disabilities.
