Night-Shift Warehouse Cleaner — Mississauga (Kennedy & Britannia)
CJR Wholesale Grocers is hiring a full-time permanent cleaner to maintain floors and general housekeeping in their Mississauga warehouse near Kennedy and Britannia. The role is on a night shift schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 pm to 6:30 am) and includes work in cooler and freezer areas.
- Typical duties: sweep, mop, vacuum and dust warehouse aisles and work zones; remove paper and recyclables to designated containers; clean glass and other surfaces; keep cleaning tools in good condition and report repairs.
- May assist with seasonal cleanup and moving/lifting items to maintain safe work areas; follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage.
- Work environment: cold-temperature areas (freezer/cooler) for full shifts; ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs is required.
- Experience and education: high school diploma or GED preferred and at least one year of prior cleaner experience required.
- Skills: basic English verbal and written communication, safe lifting knowledge, attention to detail, time management, ability to work independently and in a team, and a reliable work ethic.
