Class 3 Roll-Off Driver in Calgary
Complete Environmental Group in the Greater Calgary area is hiring an experienced Class 3 roll-off driver to deliver and retrieve open-top containers (10–40 yards) for residential, commercial, construction and industrial customers. The company serves Western Canada and includes several waste-management and logistics brands.
This is onsite, full-time driving work. The role involves regular vehicle inspections, operating hydraulic cable hoist systems, positioning containers on varied terrain, and moving loads to transfer stations or landfills. You’ll be expected to secure loads, navigate tight streets and work sites, keep accurate records (deliveries, mileage, fuel and service times) and communicate with dispatch, customers and site staff.
- Operate roll-off trucks to deliver and pick up containers (10–40 yards)
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip safety and mechanical checks
- Use hydraulic hoist systems to load/unload and ensure correct placement
- Transport materials to designated drop-off points and maintain load security
- Keep records and coordinate with dispatch and customers
- Schedule: Mon–Fri with one Saturday per month rotation, or Tue–Sat
