Material Handler / Inventory Clerk — BioLytical Laboratories, Richmond, BC
BioLytical Laboratories is hiring a full-time Material Handler / Inventory Clerk to support its Supply Chain team in Richmond. The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and focuses on keeping both physical stock and ERP records accurate while moving materials to support production.
- Maintain accurate physical and ERP inventory, perform cycle counts and assist with year-end inventory.
- Receive, store and put away raw materials, sub-assemblies and finished goods following FIFO and storage requirements.
- Issue and stage components for production, replenish KANBAN locations and process material requests from other departments.
- Label materials correctly, monitor equipment condition, report damage and help keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Extract inventory reports and take part in special projects as assigned.
The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing or related logistics. Candidates must be comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs), be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
